B4 is a ground floor apartment in the Lago Verde Suites located in Puerto del Carmen Old Town. The apartment, which benefits from an official tourist licence and its own wireless broadband, has an L-shaped private balcony/terrace with partial shade, as well as a dining area and sun loungers. This is the perfect spot for beautiful sunset and sunrise sea-views. The fitted and well appointed kitchen, which opens up into the lounge and balcony, contains a cold drinks cabinet in addition to a refrigerator. The apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family shower-room. There is a pull-out bed that can be used in the lounge for a fifth person if required. On site we have a pool (illuminated at night, refurbished in 2017) which is shared with visitors and residents from within the Lago Verde Suites. The Pool Shack is a friendly family-run bar (that also offers food) which can be found just a few steps under our balcony. La Bamba restaurant is less than a minutes walk from the apartment, right outside our front door, and the closest supermarket is the Spar shop, which is a 5 minute walk via Lago Verde's private gate. B4 Lago Verde is only a 10-15 minute drive or taxi ride away from the airport with ample undesignated off-road parking spaces available. The Old Town Harbour is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment with numerous bars, restaurants and other recreational facilities.
